Surya Namaskar , one of my most favourite forms of ๐ง♀️ yoga. It comprises of 7 asanas that are done in a continuous order, which has 12 asanas in total. Surya Namaskar also known as Ultimate Asana, strengthens the back, muscles and brings down blood sugar levels. It improves metabolism and blood circulation and ensures regular menstrual cycle for women too.
Surya Namaskar has psychological benefits as well. The physicality of it has a major impact on anxiety, helps battling insomnia and memory retention.
The good news is you don't have to worry if by any chance you cannot find time to do in the morning, it can be done in the evening as well. Just keep in mind to do it on an empty stomach as it stretches and opens up your stomach muscles.
