Baked beans, carrots and chicken strips. A delicious meal with all its nutrients, vitamins, minerals and proteins kept intact with only 1 tsp of ghee ( clarified butter). Marinate the boneless chicken strips with your favourite type of masala and bake along with the beans and carrots π₯a light drizzle of ghee or oil. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes. Toss them up with salt and pepper and bake for another 5 minutes. Ready and good to go !! Healthy and tasty.
