Lemonade is a sweetened lemon-flavored beverage. A super drink for weight loss if honey is added. Ginger has been shown to reduce hunger, which can help people lose weight. Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants, both have immunity-boosting properties and prevents against bacteria. For this drink make sure you add grated ginger and not ginger pieces. Baked beans, carrots and chicken strips. A delicious meal with all its nutrients, vitamins, minerals and proteins kept intact with only 1 tsp of ghee ( clarified butter). Marinate the boneless chicken strips with your favourite type of masala and bake along with the beans and carrots ๐ฅa light drizzle of ghee or oil. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
