Baked beans, carrots and chicken strips. A delicious meal with all its nutrients, vitamins, minerals and proteins kept intact with only 1 tsp of ghee ( clarified butter).
Marinate the boneless chicken strips with your favourite type of masala and bake along with the beans and carrots ๐ฅa light drizzle of ghee or oil. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes. Toss them up with salt and pepper and bake for another 5 minutes. Ready and good to go !! Healthy and tasty.
