๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Semi boiled potatoes [4 big]
Rice flour [2 tsp]
Cornstarch [2tsp]
Oregano [1tsp]
Chilliflakes [1tsp]
Chopped coriander
Kasuri methi
Salt, Oil
๐๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
Cut the cooled semi-boiled potatoes into thick slices, add the above ingredients and mix well until each slice is coated well. Do not mix hard as the potato slices could break. Keep aside for few minutes and start shallow frying (avoid deep frying) in small batches as too many together stick to one another. Fry until golden brown and crisp. Serve with ketchup or a cheese dip.
